Sushi Sundae

When we make sushi, usually we’ll eat the end pieces of sushi as we cut the rolls. Either that, or we leave them for everyone to have a little bit of if they want. Sometimes, though, we’ll take the scraps of the ends and broken up rolls and put them in a separate container to eat by themselves. Today, I called it a Sushi “Sundae”, and thus, this post.

Seriously, this is the easiest sushi item you can make. All you’ll need to do is take the scraps and ends or your already cut up sushi rolls, put them in a cup or container, and there you have it. A Sushi “Sundae” with little to no time. Of course, this will only work if you’ve already made sushi, or if you just take all the sushi ingredients, cut them up, and throw it together like that. You can add the hot mayo on top as well, or in between the layers for more flavor.
